Best Before Dates:

The best before dates of all of our sweets is checked on a fortnightly basis by our, fully qualified, Warehouse Manager. Each unit of stock is also double-checked whenever a new delivery arrives to our warehouse (typically three times per week).

For our pick and mix sweets: All of our sweets have best before dates between 6-18 months at any one time.
We strongly recommend consuming your sweets within 1 month upon delivery and within 2 weeks once opened and store in an air-tight container away from direct sunlight and heat. The quality of the sweets can, rarely, reduce as all of the different sweets have been mixed together for a period of time. To maintain peak freshness, we only mix your sweets together when we come to make your order. Depending on which shipping option you choose, your sweets will only have been mixed together for no longer than 48 hours upon delivery. Before then, all sweets are kept completely separate in their own food-safe, disinfected and air-tight containers.

Due to the nature of how we package and handle our stock, we are unable to ensure that allergens can be kept separate. Therefore, if you suffer from a food allergy, we strongly recommend you contact us first at [email protected]. So that we can check whether any of our stock contains a particular allergen. Common allergens amongst our stock includes (but not limited to): soya, wheat and milk powder.

b) While we always aim to keep our website up to date and maintain a high level of stock. On the rare occasion, we may run out of some of our pick n mix options whilst you are placing your order and those sweets may not be included in your item upon delivery. If and whenever this does happen we will always top up your order with all of the other options chosen to ensure the weight is correct. We may attempt to contact you via email or text if the missing sweets make up a significant majority of your order and then offer an alternative.

Please note that our products are made to order and are custom-built personalised. Because of this, in the very rare occasion that you are unsatisfied with your product we cannot offer a refund, however, we will endeavour to resolve any issues you may have.
