Delivery Information

All orders placed with PickandMix.com can be delivered to ANY United Kingdom address. We currently do not offer international delivery.

Due to changes with Royal Mail’s processing procedures, we currently are unable deliver to British Forces Post Office (BFPO) overseas addresses.

Please allow us up to 48 hours to get your order made and dispatched with Royal Mail.

Please note that our staff and couriers do not work on weekends and, as such, orders placed between late Friday to early Monday will not be dispatched until Monday evening, at the absolute earliest.

Postage Options

• Standard Delivery: £3.98 – arrives in approximately 5 working days.*
• Express Delivery: £5.48 – arrives in approximately 2-3 working days.*
• Next Day Delivery: £5.99 – delivered the next working day. Must order before 3:00pm Monday-Friday. Excludes bank holidays.
• FREE Shipping with orders over £40 – arrives in approximately 5 working days.*

The above timeframes are only estimates, not guarantees and start from the date of purchase. Unfortunately, delays which are outside of our control are rare, but always possible.

International/Worldwide Shipping

We currently do not ship to international addresses. PickandMix.com only delivers to domestic United Kingdom (including Northern Ireland) addresses. We also unable to deliver to British Forces (BFPO) addresses as this feature is unavailable for business accounts with Royal Mail.

 

FREE Click & Collect

Enter your address at the checkout and as long as it is in a CW, SK or WA postcode, you will be eligible to pick up your order from us at our warehouse in Northwich, CW8.

Scottish Highlands and Islands Delivery

We deliver to the Scottish Highlands, but delivery times may be longer than in other parts of the UK. Specifically, postcodes in the Highlands and Islands (IV, HS, KA27-28, KW, PA20-49, PA60-78, PH17-26, PH30-44, PH49-50, ZE) are considered Zone 2 for Royal Mail Tracked services and may experience slightly longer delivery times.

Please allow at least 1 extra working day for deliveries to the above postcode addresses.

 

FREE Shipping Over £40

All orders over £40 will be eligible for FREE shipping at the checkout. All ‘Free Shipping’ options are sent out on Standard Delivery speed.

The FREE shipping £40 minimum spend includes any discounts applied at the checkout/cart and will apply based on the post-discounted amount. You must manually select the ‘Free Shipping Over £40’ option at the checkout as this will not be applied automatically.

How do I get Pick n Mix Delivery?

PickandMix.com is the biggest online brand for all things pick n mix related. They have made it so easy to order pick n mix online, all you need to do is navigate to our bestselling create your own pick n mix product. Then. choose your bag size and select all the options you would like in your bag. Lastly, navigate to the checkout at the top right of the page, enter your details and you’re good to go!

You’ll get a confirmation email of your order and once it has been dispatched you’ll receive another email from us with your tracking details.
