As well as ensure the strictest of food health and safety procedures are adopted. Our staff are trained in Food Health and Safety Level 2 as well as Food Allergy Awareness training, so you can be sure you are buying safely handled and stored pick n mix.
Furthermore, our team follows a strict Food Safety Management system set out by the Food Standards Agency, our staff have been well trained in how to utilise and implement safety procedures. Not only this, we use single-use equipment and PPE as much as possible, including: disposable gloves, aprons, hair nets and beard nets. With daily cleaning and disinfecting, paired with weekly deep cleans and maintenance, PickandMix.com have ensured a safe and hygienic food handling environment.
As well as this, PickandMix.com purchase from only the most reputable suppliers who also maintain a high level of food handling practises. Our stock arrives in our warehouse in air-tight and factory-sealed bags which are then decanted into our food-safe and sealed containers. Our pick and mix containers are only ever opened when a customer’s order calls for that particular sweet. Doing so, allows for all pick n mix stock to stay as fresh as possible with as little contact to open air as possible. Once your order has been made by our amazing pickers and packers, it will then be heat-sealed to ensure maximum freshness throughout transit to be delivered to your door.

We totally get it! Postage costs can be an absolute nightmare and such a downer when you’ve spent so much time hand-crafting your personalised order. Believe us, we hate delivery fees as well. That’s why we offer our customers two opportunities to claim free delivery at PickandMix.com:
Firstly, your order will automatically become eligible for free postage if it is over £40 (after any discount codes used). All you need to do is spend over £40 and the option for free delivery will appear at the checkout page, make sure you click it as it is not automatically applied. Our free delivery is dispatched via Royal Mail Tracked 48, that way you will be able to track your order and receive it within a couple of days after dispatch.
Secondly, if you are in a CW, SK or WA postcode you can take advantage of our Click and Collect service. All you need to do is enter in a CW, SK or WA postcode at the checkout and the option for Click and Collect will appear in the shipping options section.
