Whether you suffer from Coeliac Disease or a gluten intolerance, let us put your mind at ease by ensuring all food safety protocols are strictly followed.
Allergen Handling Protocols
Having a combined experience of over 10 years in handling food and allergens, we at PickandMix.com are thoroughly trained to maintain the best practices and requirements to prevent cross-contaminations and accommodate for those with dietary restrictions.
Gluten free sweets are free from wheat, wheat derivates, rye, barley and other gluten-containing ingredients. Our team is trained in handling allergens as well as undertaking a course in Allergy Awareness.
When placing your order be sure to only choose sweets that have our red ‘GF’ symbol next to them which mean that they are gluten free.
Please then contact us immediately after placing your order to inform us of any dietary requirements – you will also receive a confirmation email outlining this that you can reply to.
Your order will then be made with all of our allergen protocols in place. These include, but not limited to: single-use sterilised utensils and PPE, as well as opening up new factory-sealed bags of each of the sweets you have selected and having your order made at our dedicated station.
