Best Before Dates:

The best before dates of all of our sweets is checked on a fortnightly basis by our, fully qualified, Warehouse Manager. Each unit of stock is also double-checked whenever a new delivery arrives to our warehouse (typically three times per week).

For our pick and mix sweets: All of our sweets have best before dates between 6-18 months at any one time.
We recommend consuming your sweets within 2 months upon delivery and within 2 weeks once opened and store in an air-tight container away from direct sunlight and heat. The quality of the sweets can, rarely, reduce as the sweets have been mixed together for a period of time. To maintain peak freshness, we only mix your sweets together when we come to make your order. Depending on which shipping option you choose, your sweets will only have been mixed together for no longer than 48 hours. Before then, all sweets are kept completely separate in their own food-safe, disinfected and air-tight containers.

a) Important allergen disclaimer: due to the nature of how we package and handle our stock, we are unable to ensure that allergens can be kept separate. Therefore, if you suffer from a food allergy, we strongly recommend you contact us first at [email protected]. So that we can check whether any of our stock contains a particular allergen. Common allergens amongst our stock includes (but not limited to): soya, wheat and milk powder.

b) While we always aim to keep our website up to date and maintain a high level of stock. On the rare occasion, we may run out of some of our pick n mix options whilst you are placing your order and those sweets may not be included in your item upon delivery. We may attempt to contact you via email or text if the missing sweets make up a significant majority of your order and then offer an alternative.

c) Please note that our products are made to order and are custom-built personalised. Because of this, in the very rare occasion that you are unsatisfied with your product we cannot offer a refund, however, we will endeavour to resolve any issues you may have. d) Please consult our selections page for all dietary and nutritional information. All information herein is provided by our supplier, therefore, we cannot be held responsible for any inaccuracies. All of our sweets are stored and handled in the same building, as such, there may be a risk of cross contamination of allergens amongst our sweets.
