Our staff are trained in Food Health and Safety Level 2 as well as Food Allergy Awareness training, so you can be sure you are buying safely handled and stored pick n mix.   Furthermore, our team follows a strict Food Safety Management system set out by the Food Standards Agency, our staff have been well trained in how to utilise and implement safety procedures.
