Having a combined experience of over 10 years in handling food and allergens, we at PickandMix.com are thoroughly trained to maintain the best practices and requirements to prevent cross-contaminations and accommodate for those with dietary restrictions.
Sweets suitable for vegetarians are free from meat, animal fat and other none-vegetarian ingredients. Our team is trained in handling allergens as well as undertaking a course in Allergy Awareness.
When placing your order be sure to only choose sweets that have our orange ‘Ve’ symbol next to them which means that they are suitable for vegetarians.
Please then contact us immediately after placing your order to inform us of any dietary requirements – you will also receive a confirmation email outlining this which you can reply to.
Your order will then be made with all of our allergen protocols in place. These include, but not limited to: single-use sterilised utensils and PPE, as well as opening up new factory-sealed bags of each of the sweets you have selected and having your order made at our dedicated station.
