Our staff have qualifications in Food Safety Management Level 2 and Food Allergy Awareness. As per the Food Standards Agency’s guidelines, our staff use single-use PPE and strictly follow our Food Safety Management System and Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points guide. Ensuring proper personal hygiene and daily cleaning checks are undertaken.
Our staff are fully trained in packaging and parcelling techniques ensuring that all parcels sent out are hygienically sealed and safely wrapped up to prevent damage during transit.
